GENERAL NOTES:

  1. Distance between styling chairsshould be a minimum of 1500mm O.C.(on center).
  2. Distance of the rear of the styling chair to the nearest material at the rear should be at a minimum of 1200mm.
  3. Minimum distance of wash unit to walls should be 150mm. Other sides should be open.
  4. Maximum distance of steam generator to steam room should be 3000 mm. Steam generator to steam heads should be within scope of specified distance.

BENEFITS OF COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN

In space planning and layouts computers have been used since the late 80s. Today homeowners design the interior and exterior of their homes using their own personal computer and readily available inexpensive software programs.

Architects and Engineers use professional software programs allowing them to do all of their design work on their computer system. By inputting all of the information on these computerized layouts any change can be done with the click of a mouse saving countless hours of erasing and redrawing once done by hand.

Once a layout, using the same professional program, meets your final approval it will be saved to disc and, or e-mailed right to your Architect or Contractor for them to get your plans ready for building permits or for costing out your particular build out. This will in many instances reduce your cost of using an Architect or Interior Designer.
